MEET THE STYLIST

Divya S. Vaswani. To say that Divya has an eye for design, would be an understatement. A mom of two spunky little boys and wife to a finance executive, Divya finally had the courage to turn her long-time hobby, of helping friends and family design the interior of their homes, into a full-blown career.

A graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Divya began her career in Atlanta at the world-renowned luxury hotel company, The Ritz-Carlton. There, she saw the development and transformation of multiple high-end properties, setting a baseline foundation of classic style and tasteful design. After her husband relocated to Tampa, she joined the creative department at the Home Shopping Network (HSN) where she helped develop contemporary production sets and produce commercials for various celebrity-backed products.

After having her first-born, Divya decided to go out on her own and test her entrepreneurial spirit. She launched a baby blanket line, named after her son, Rajer, known as Rajer Rabbit. Putting herself in the shoes of her customers, she understood that moms want only the best for their babies. With that in mind, Divya sourced one of the finest fabrics, 100% organic muslin cotton, for her baby swaddles that showcased hand-made, intricate block printed designs. Unlike many designers who fit clients' asks into their own design styles, Divya spends time with her clients on the front-end of a new project in an effort to better understand their needs. She can blueprint a cohesive vision and outline an approach that will deliver a design that reflects the clients’ style. Divya’s ability to think outside the box, and her attention to even the subtlest of details, allows her to transform plain and simple spaces into inviting, warm, and elegant rooms.
